I know a really tasty version with onions, minced meat and leeks

lol hold on I'll put the steps into english
(this is for 6 portions btw)

1 1/4 litres of broth
500g minced meat
3 onions (or, you know, how many you think you want)
2 leeks
600g processed cheese slices

you make the broth, put half of the leeks (cut into rings) into it, then the cheese (slowly), while stirring
meanwhile you roast the onions in a pan & the rest of the leeks & the minced meat
when it's all edible you just pour it into the, um, liquid and let it simmer for a while if you want, but you can also eat it right away
I'd recommend eating it w/ some bread haha

lol it sounds really filling so i will try it as my pre-dawn meal some time next week :3
